The executive chef at the Sheraton Grand Whitefield Bengaluru Convention Centre is Hitesh Pant.

Chef Hitesh joins the team in his new position with an abundance of knowledge and a track record of excellence from his more than 14 years in the food and beverage industry.

In his new role, Chef Hitesh Pant will be in charge of the culinary operations at the Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel. He will put an emphasis on innovation and excellence in all FB outlets, including in-room dining and catering to MICE, events, and weddings. Outside of the kitchen, his leadership is distinguished by a strong dedication to developing talent and creating a team environment that values success.

Chef Hitesh has established himself as a leader in the culinary arts by holding a number of senior positions in prestigious hospitality establishments. He is renowned for his forward-thinking approach and strong leadership skills. His areas of expertise are broad and include team management, innovation, and menu and strategic planning.

Chef Hitesh has accomplished a number of noteworthy accomplishments during his career, one of which was working as the Executive Sous Chef at The Oberoi Group of Hotels and Resorts in Bengaluru.
